Our Story
Nowak’s sister company, Standard Tool, was began in 1994 when the two founders decided to turn the side-business they started in a garage (while moonlighting from their manufacturing day jobs) into a full-time custom fabrication business. One year – and many orders later – it was clear the modest garage space was insufficient to pace along with the company’s growth. The business moved to a 2,000 square foot manufacturing space – the first of many moves as Standard Tool continued to grow in size (occupying 26,000 square feet), in equipment and in manufacturing capabilities.
Today, the company’s three decades of experience designing and manufacturing a broad range of custom tools, dies, precision parts, and more for various industrial applications have made Standard Tool a Midwest leader in custom fabrication.
Having worked with multiple companies in a wide variety of industrial fields over the years, Standard Tool recognized there was a universal need across industries – the need for dependable dispersion blades and tote mixers.
These essential pieces of process equipment were utilized in quite a broad range of industries –from transportation paving companies, to farming, to chemical processing businesses and more. And, although there was high demand for tote mixers and replacement blades, availability was slim, lead times were lengthy and, when parts were available, the costs were often prohibitive for the end-user.

Nowak Industrial Products is committed to providing reliable process equipment solutions with an affordable direct-to-end-user sales model. Each dispersion blade is constructed from quality stainless steel, utilizing precision laser cutters and nitrogen to ensure the metal is not weakened or distorted in any way during the manufacturing process. And to save clients time and money, every blade and mixer from Nowak is manufactured on site in the USA and sold direct to the end user.
