Side Entry Mixer

This side-entry mixer features a 15 HP TEFC motor with a four-belt drive, delivering a final output speed of 430 RPM. Its robust design includes a replaceable stuffing box with a total of seven packing layers, incorporating a lantern ring. For versatile mounting, it offers tie rod brackets on each side and optional holes for a stand. Connection is facilitated by an ANSI 8-inch Class 150 mounting flange. The two-inch drive shaft, complete with a 1/2-inch keyway, extends 31.6 inches from the flange face. Maintenance is simplified by easily removable safety shields providing access to lubrication points. Durability is enhanced with stainless steel hinge brackets, hinge rod, and motor adjustment rod. The adjustable motor plate and hinge points for belt tensioning are precision-machined to ensure shaft alignment. Finally, a powder-coated finish provides long-lasting protection.
