P/N 27-05DE ½ HP EP ELECTRIC DIRECT DRIVE IBC TOTE MIXER

Nowak’s IBC Tote Mixer includes all enhanced features standard in one model.  Our superior quality and rugged design allow for dependable and efficient use.  The push button adjustable J-Hooks clamp directly to various cage sizes reducing installation and changeover times.  The forklift lifting channels are standard across all models to allow for easy maneuverability.  This direct drive model provides the torque necessary for mixing light to medium viscosity materials or for suspending settled particles.  The 1/2 HP electric motor model is equipped with motor leads only.  This explosion proof motor requires single phase 115/230 voltage. The mixing shaft attaches to the gear reducer with a clamp-on coupler.  The two 4” impellers attach to the shaft with collar clamps.  The expandable bracket mount fits totes between 34” and 48” wide.  The shaft, coupler and folding impellers are made from 316SS for chemical resistance.  The bracket components are all powder coated.
